The non-profit Taste History Culinary Tour of Historic Palm Beach County is an engaging experience that is 3 to 4 hours and travels to 4 to 5 bakeries and eateries for food tastings including trips to historic buildings, emerging art galleries featuring local artists, trips to emerging art districts and off-the-beaten-path. The tour is narrated by a guide and covers more than 500 years of Florida history and more than 100 years of Palm Beach County history while traveling to local and family-owned bakeries and eateries for food tastings with trips to historic districts and to local art shops featuring emerging artists and travels to historic buildings featuring architecture. Some eating experiences are standing-only, dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated and some cuisines may be culturally-specific. Tour includes bus riding and 4 to 6 blocks of walking.
Tours are held for the general public on the first, second, third and fourth Saturdays. Private group tours are offered during the weekday.
